You have access to a furnished living room. You even have a real bar with professional tap (optional) and cooling. You can, of course, bring your own alcohol. Two large round sitting areas have been made by the two bay windows. In addition, a sitting area has been created around the fireplace. In the dining room, you can dine with your group, and from here you will have a view over the Lenne (river) and the hills. There is a flat screen TV in the living room. Wireless internet is free everywhere. The spacious kitchen is professionally equipped. Incidentally, catering is also possible. There are ten very spacious bedrooms divided between the two floors. Seven bedrooms come with a shower, toilet, and sink. The other three bedrooms have washbasins in the room, however the bathroom with massage and rain shower is in the hallway. Next to the accommodation, on the southwest, you have a large beer garden (terrace) with garden furniture. Parking is available on site, and parking is also available in front of the property. There are plenty of games to do in the basement, such as foosball and table tennis. Opposite the accommodation, there is a fenced playground with swings, slide, sandpit, cable car, etc. at a 30 yards distance. Soccer and pétanque are also excellent activities to do in the park. The town of Schmallenberg is located in the heart of the Hoch-Sauerland area. Winterberg is 9 mi as the crow flies. The area has a lot of woodland, mountains up to 2800 ft altitude, and many streams and lakes. There is a ski slope in the immediate vicinity (half a mile) and several more 10 to 15 minutes away by car. From mid-December to the end of March, the temperature quickly drops below freezing point, and there is plenty of winter sports to be done. Hiking and Nordic walking can be done directly from the property. The famous Rothaarsteig route is also close by. Cycling along the Lenne River is also recommended. The bike path runs past the property. From June to September, the municipal pool is open (within walking distance). Go swimming in the covered Sauerland pool in Bad Fredeburg, or try the 18-hole golf course in Sellinghausen, which also offers both week-long and weekend golf courses for both beginners and advanced golfers.
