In the commune of Dunkerque, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay offer this charming 100 m² house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 300 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV, featuring bay windows overlooking the vast garden surrounding the house.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: bedroom with single bed
- Bedroom 3: an extra bed
- A fully-equipped gym
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron.
Exterior:
- A private above-ground swimming pool, solar-heated in summer (open from early July to late September, weather permitting).
- A beautiful 300 m² garden.
- A 15 m² terrace with outdoor furniture.
The house is ideally located in Dunkirk, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 3 cars.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare de Dunkerque, 9 min away
- Nearest airport: Aéroport du Grand Calais about 30 min away.

Les Nénuphars "Over het algemeen vrij in orde, fijn huisje en dicht bij het strand.
jammer dat de douche stuk was, de inhoud van de keuken was vrij vuil en het water van de jaccuzi jammer genoeg ook en dus niet te gebruiken."

Les Nénuphars "Geweldig huis, alles ook zeer dichtbij. Alles was aanwezig en perfect voor ons gezin. Het ontvangst was erg vriendelijk en verliep vlot met duidelijke instructies.
Het weer hadden we niet echt mee maar genoeg te doen in de prachtige omgeving van Duinkerke. Leuke speeltuinen en parken voor met kinderen. Ook de dijk en het strand waren enorm leuk en aangenaam."
