We ask for a deposit of 25%.

The balance is paid 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute reservations.

The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old.

The final cleaning is included and included in the price.

You have the possibility for more comfort, to choose as an option the possibility of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed.

All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros.

Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee.

We ask for a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash, it is not cashed and given back on the day of departure if everything is in order.
