Spacious, detached villa with stunning views over the green hills and the gorgeous infinity pool, 2 km from the village of Bargemon. The garden is beautifully landscaped with a trampoline, boules court (don't forget the bottle of pastis) and a swing for the little ones. The villa has modern, bright furnishings and is neatly cared for. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom provides plenty of coolness. The villa is ideally located for day trips to the sea or the mountains!
The surroundings of the villa are stunning. You are likely to encounter the rich and famous here. Perhaps you will sit alongside celebrities in one of the renowned (Michelin) restaurants, such as the 'Les Gorges de Pennafort' near Callas or in one of the seven restaurants in Bargemon. Nearby are fine 18-hole golf courses, such as the chic St Endréol near La Motte. For water sports, head to the famous Gorges du Verdon; Europe's 'Grand Canyon'. Hire a canoe and admire the metres-high, rugged cliffs and relax on the lovely river beaches. A little closer is the swimming lake Lac st. Cassien. On the way back, stock up on bottles of wine at the famous wine estates in the area. The homeowner is sure to give you some 'secret' tips! Within an hour you are at that beautiful, azure Mediterranean Sea and the seaside resorts of Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël. Supermarket and bakery in Bargemon.
