HOSSEGOR PLAGE- Near the attractive centres of the central beach and its restaurants, apartment of the 70s on the raised ground floor, of about 49m2. Apartment WITHOUT balcony but very close to the beach.

Fitted and equipped kitchen corner: 4 heat induction plate, hood, oven, microwave, top refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. East facing room (3.15x3.98): 1 bed in 140. Ensuite shower room (1.47x1.92): shower and sink. Air parking common to all Atlantic/Basque coast residences. IMPORTANT INFORMATION The scaffolding, installed since 1 September 2025, will remain in place until 24 April 2026 on the Ocean side and until the end of June 2026 on the forest side.
They can partially alter the view from the apartment. The work only takes place from Monday to Friday, never on weekends. Thank you very much for your understanding. Location close to the beaches and attractive day and night centers of the resort. the set is standard Residence of the 70s No balcony but close central beach and northern beach.
