About the Host
The approximately 90 sqm vacation apartment is located on the first floor of an artist's house. Built in 1853, the house possesses its own unique charm. The 3 rooms, kitchen, and bathroom are individually designed and ensure a holiday with a special atmosphere.

The host presents her own etchings and works, as well as other artistic elements such as furniture and paintings by artist friends, which can be purchased if desired. During the cold, damp season, stoves are available to provide cozy warmth if needed. In summer, breakfast can be enjoyed on a balcony accessible from the kitchen. The kitchen features an old kitchen stove from 1920. A fireplace is also installed in the living room.

20% deposit upon booking.
Remaining payment upon arrival.

According to § 19 (Taxation of small businesses), VAT is not applicable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Thereafter, cancellation fees apply as follows:

6 - 4 days before arrival: 20% cancellation fee
3 - 2 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
1 day before arrival: 70% cancellation fee
Cancellation on the day of arrival incurs a 90% cancellation fee.

CITY TAX - TOURISM FEE

The city tax is 5% of the net overnight stay price. It is to be paid to the host on site.
The city tax is charged for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
