About thirty minutes from Béziers and beaches and not far from the city Pézenas, in the town of Roujan quiet and without vis-à-vis, enjoy this fully equipped holiday home.

On the ground floor you will enter a spacious living room, lounge/ office/ dining room with a separate kitchen. The latter is functional and fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, American fridge, small appliances, coffee machine ..)

A corridor gives access to private space including: a master bedroom, a bathroom (shower and 2 basins) and an independent toilet.

You will also find a second separate toilet, a bathroom (bath and two sinks) and two additional bedrooms: a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds adaptable in double bed and a cot to NF standards. (high chair and changing table also)

For teleworkers, an office is available.

For children, games of all ages are present (console, video games, etc.).

Regarding the exterior, the front of the house is composed of a terrace with plancha for your meals with family or friends. But also a second space with garden furniture for your moments of relaxation.

On the side of the house, the pool awaits you with sunbathing, umbrellas, shower and the necessary for children (armbands, foam fries..). It is open from May to September (7x4m, depth: 1.20m to 1:50m) and is secured by an alarm.

At the back of the house, you will have at your disposal a laundry room (washing machine, dryer), toilet with water point and a fenced garden for children to let off steam.

Easy parking in front of the house. A garage is available.

Sheets, towels and beach towels will be at your disposal and included in the price. Pets and smokers are strictly prohibited.
