Recently renovated flat located in Portofino in the square in front of the Town Hall. Excellent location 50 metres walk from the piazzetta, above the bus stop and opposite the village's only car park.
The house is on the third floor of a building without lift; on entering we find a small entrance hall, surmounted on the left by a staircase leading to the upper floor with two single beds and a small window with a partial view of the village. Also on the left of the first floor, we find a large bathroom with bath and shower cubicle, next to it the laundry room with washing machine and WC, and finally the double bedroom with a view of Portofino, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom complete with shower cubicle and sanitary ware.
Dividing the two areas of the house, an open plan kitchen complete with appliances, microwave and dining table. To the right of the kitchen is the second double bedroom with wardrobe, while going back towards the entrance leads to the living room with a comfortable sofa bed, wardrobe and television.
Available to guests are amenities such as an iron, air conditioning and heat pump heating.
*At arrival or a few days before arrival you may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all the information relating to your booking in the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
*The building overlooks a street with a bus stop, so there may be some noise during the day as it is a busy place.

A symbol of Liguria and tourism in the Mediterranean, Portofino is a delightful, ancient village set in the green promontory.
It is characterised by its famous little square and the pastel-coloured houses near the small harbour, which fit perfectly into the landscape and are reflected in the crystal-clear sea water that laps the coast.
The perfect place for strolling among designer boutiques, walking along the pedestrian path of Via Roma that starts from the central square, you can admire the famous Brown Castle immersed in the greenery of its enchanting park, and then end up at the Punta del Capo Lighthouse, which towers above the village and from which you can enjoy an unforgettable view of the entire beautiful bay.
The patron saint of Portofino is St. George, to whom the evocative 12th century church of the same name is dedicated and which hosts tourists from all over the world, as well as the village's main feast on 23 April each year with the traditional bonfire in the Piazzetta.
The surrounding area is an integral part of the Portofino Regional Natural Park, as is the Park Museum located in the garden behind the Marina, an open-air museum exhibiting contemporary art works by some of the world's most famous artists.
Finally, like any self-respecting seaside resort, the beaches are worth mentioning: the most famous and easily accessible is certainly Paraggi, while a short boat trip takes you to the delightful San Fruttuoso.
The accommodation is about a fifty-minute drive from Genoa airport.
