Accommodation description
The Gîte is for 2 adults only. Due to several steps and stairs, it is not suitable for disabled people. The property has 2 floors, upstairs is a sittingroom, opening out onto a spacious balcony. There is private parking at the back of the property, where there is also a small grassy orchard. The Scottish owners live on site but fully respect the guests privacy. They are available for any information/help needed
This beautifully renovated remnant of an ancient stone watch-tower is situated approximately 2km from the charming bastide village of Roquecor, Tarn et Garonne. It is a peacefull area, with small medieval villages, narrow streets and lovely terrasses and restaurants. The major cities are Villeneuve sur Lot, Agen, Cahors and Toulouse
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
This property is not suitable for families with children younger than 18 years of age. The lessor does not accept bookings for families with small children.
This accommodation is less suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Lage des Hauses, das großzügige Gelände, mehrere Terrassen, die absolute Ruhe, die Landschaft, die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber, der sehr gepflegte Pool-Bereich. Sehr hat uns auch gefreut, dass wir bei unserer Ankunft an einem Sonntagabend einen mit dem Notwendigsten gefüllten Kühlschrank vorfanden (inkl. selbst gemachter, sehr leckerer Marmelade).

Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und makellos. Es war geschmackvoll renoviert worden, wobei die ursprünglichen Merkmale erhalten blieben. Es gab drei Essbereiche im Freien. Der Poolbereich war schön und abgelegen. Kate und Alan waren großzügige Gastgeber

Wir hatten fantastische Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und es gab eine Auswahl an "willkommenen" Lebensmitteln wie Tee, Kaffee, Brot, Wein und hervorragende hausgemachte Limettenmarmelade. Es gab sogar einen Wäschewechsel zur Wochenmitte, weil das Wetter so warm war, als wir dort ware...
