On the ground floor of the apartment complex there is an ice cream parlour, a pizzeria, a bakery shop and a kiosk with bike hire (including e-bikes). The spacious playground is right next to the house and can be seen from the balcony. The little ones can really let off steam there. Important to know: the costs for the final cleaning in the amount of 60,00 EUR are to be paid in cash to our manager when handing over the keys. The same applies to the rent for any towel and bed linen packages booked: Bed linen 10 EUR/person; towel package 12.50 EUR/person; bathrobe: 7.00 EUR/person. Beach chairs are available free of charge to guests of the flat house at the edge of the play area. The flat is only about 10 steps away from the spacious wellness area: large swimming area, whirlpool, 3 saunas, large relaxation area with loungers and separate relaxation room. The lockable bicycle storage room is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. In the basement there is a table tennis room and a well-equipped fitness room. Washing machines and tumble dryers are available in the basement for a fee. In the neighbouring Hotel-Restaurant "Deichgraf" you can have breakfast. This is also possible in the bakery on the ground floor of the house. A mini-golf course and the well-kept spa gardens with an extensive adventure playground and small animal park are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 5 to 8 minutes' walk). A discounter and a drinks market are in the immediate vicinity, as are other shopping facilities. Please note: Bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels are not provided in the holiday flat. However, you can hire these from our house-keeper. Bed linen package 10 EUR/person, towel package with tea towels: 12.50 EUR/person, bathrobe: 7 EUR/person. Please pay these costs and the final cleaning fee of 60 EUR in cash to our house-keeper when you receive the keys.

Description of the unit
1 room, approx. 34 sqm, non-smoking, very comfortable foldaway bed, large balcony (12 sqm) with view of the well-kept outdoor facilities with play area and free beach chairs. A beach chair on the wide sandy beach of Döse is rented with the flat from May to September. The free wellness area with swimming pool, whirlpool and 3 saunas is located on the same floor and can be reached in a few steps. The reserved parking space in the underground car park is also free of charge. Important to know: the costs for the final cleaning of EUR 60.00 are to be paid in cash to our manager when the keys are handed over.
