In a quiet neighborhood of Gujan-Mestras, this charming semi-detached house of approximately 85 m² is surrounded by a garden.
Its pergola provides a perfect spot for al fresco dining with friends and family.
For convenient parking, you can park in the driveway. The house comprises a living room with a TV and Wi-Fi, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
There is a first large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) offering two sleeping spaces and a wardrobe for maximum comfort.
A second bedroom features a bunk bed for two children, also with a wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower.
A third bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) with an en-suite shower room and direct access to the garden.
A separate WC completes this bedroom.
Gujan-Mestras offers a wealth of activities with its amusement parks and charming oyster ports.
Ideal for a holiday with family or friends, you won't have a moment to be bored.
A shopping center is also nearby. A sunny holiday awaits! End-of-stay cleaning included. EXTRA SERVICES - Bed linen: €25 for a double bed for one week, bath kit: €18 for one person for one week.

Cela nous a épargné les courses dès notre arrivée
Enfin des Tupperwares avec leurs couvercles , parfait pour les apéros/ couchers de soleil sur la plage
À proximité ( à pieds) boulangerie boucherie et primeur et en voiture supermarché
Logement dans lequel il ne manque rien, je le recommande à 100%

L'emplacement, l'équipement, l'ensemble était bien.. Tout était conforme à la description. Facilité d'accès et place pour se garer. A refaire !
