Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, soweit es die Inneneinrichtung betrifft. Die Außenansicht wirkt, wegen der fehlenden Farbe, eher etwas zurückhaltend, das könnte deutlich verbessert werden. Der Grill ist etwas antiquiert und könnte auch ausgetauscht werden.
Insgesamt ist das Haus aber über dem Durchschnitt für ein Drei-Sterne-Haus.
