The Erzalm – your new holiday home in the picturesque spa and toy village of Seiffen.
Come in and feel at home: Whether it's the Bargheisl, Wiesenheisl, or Waldrandheisl – in our 3 houses, you'll find apartments of 120m², 73m², or 54m² respectively.
In the lovingly furnished, rustic apartments, you will feel completely comfortable.
All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, TV, free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a laundry package.
Recharge your batteries with the beautiful view from your private balcony or terrace. You can find even more relaxation in one of the 3 private bio saunas in the larger apartments or in the separate Erzalmhaus in the "Stollengrotte" wellness area with a cozy sauna area, a private relaxation room, and an outdoor area. If our younger guests still have energy, they can let off steam in our splash pool with a warm children's pool or on the "Bienenwiese" playground before a restful night. Payment is made on-site in cash or by debit/credit card. A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Arrival is possible between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Departure is possible between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM. Key collection upon arrival at the reception. Pets are allowed on request in individual apartments. A travel baby cot can be provided upon request (free of charge). The local tourist tax of €3 per adult/night will be charged separately on-site. Catering services such as bread service and/or a stocked refrigerator are optionally bookable and must be requested at least 3 days before arrival. Any fees that may apply for changing towels, bed linen, and intermediate cleaning. The basic price includes the first laundry package, Wi-Fi, parking, and use of the wellness floor. You will receive your apartment key and documents upon arrival between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM at the reception. For arrivals after 5:00 PM, we kindly ask our guests to inform us in advance.
