The accommodation comprises - A 29 m² living room with TV and sofa - Dining area - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside : - A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A private, enclosed garden of around 55 m². The flat is ideally located in Nexon, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Several hiking routes - Visit the grounds of the Château de Nexon, the Madeleines Bébé and Madeleines Bijoux factories, lakes, etc. - Numerous routes for mountain biking or running... - Visit the porcelain museums in Limoges, 25km from the accommodation... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Nexon station, about 5 minutes by car - Nearest airport: Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne airport, about 2? hours by car. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Nexon à l’Escapade du Petit Mas.L’appartement est très agréable, propre, bien aménagé et confortable.L’accueil a été chaleureux, ce qui nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise.Nous recommandons ce gîte sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec plaisir !
