This ground-floor holiday cottage is located in a wing of the owner's house, situated on the hills overlooking the Nive River, in a neighborhood 10 minutes from shops (Ustaritz) and 15 minutes from Bayonne.
The apartment is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

- a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob), a living room, and a lounge (TV with Chromecast)

Gîte très bien équipé et accessible aux personnes en situation de handicap.Le mobilier de jardin permet de profiter pleinement de la terrasse.Sa localisation est idéale pour visiter le Pays Basque de la montagne à la mer.Le calme est au rendez-vous.Accueil du propriétaire au top !
