This ground-floor holiday cottage is located in a wing of the owner's house, situated on the hills overlooking the Nive River, in a neighborhood 10 minutes from shops (Ustaritz) and 15 minutes from Bayonne.
The apartment is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
It comprises:
- a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob), a living room, and a lounge (TV with Chromecast)
- 1 adapted bedroom with a double bed (TV)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (TV)
- a central adapted bathroom, accessible from each bedroom
- a toilet
Bed linen is provided. Towels and household linen can be rented.
Underfloor heating is included.
Outside, you will have a private covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, and a large, unfenced garden.

Gîte located 5 minutes from Bassussary golf course.

Gîte très agréable, propreté irréprochable, pratique et bien conçu. Situé dans un environnement calme et cependant proche des différents lieu touristiques (mer et montagne). Propriétaire discret mais attentif à nos besoins.Je recommande ce gîte.
