Beautiful one-room apartment with cosy living area and small, fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful view to the south to the garden and the mountains behind it. A bathroom with bathtub/shower and a separate WC. The apartment also has an outdoor parking space directly in front of the house.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, but is permitted on the terrace.
Conditions/extras
Bed linen, final cleaning and one set of terry linen per person are included in the total price, also the visitor's tax.

The 28m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of a century old wooden house and offers space for 2 guests. The beautiful studio with cozy living area and small, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need. The panoramic view towards the south and the sheltered garden seating area with direct access to a tree garden invites you to linger. A bathroom with bathtub/shower and a separate toilet add to the living comfort. For a touch of luxury, Wi-Fi is provided free of charge, as well as an electric kettle and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine.

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung, sehr gut und praktisch eingerichtet. Sehr schöner Rundblick auf die Landschaft. Bushaltestelle gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ruhiges Viertel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben uns sehr gut erholt.
