This beautiful maisonette flat is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in the centre of Laax village. From the balcony, which faces south-west, you have a wonderful view of Lake Laax.The lake, which offers swimming in summer and a children's ski lift in winter, is diagonally opposite the house. The special sleeping area on the plateau is directly above the bathrooms. To get to the level, you have to climb the sloping ladder. As this is unsuitable for small children, we recommend the sleeping place only for school children, teenagers or adults. If the mezzanine is used, a cleaning surcharge will be applied (see conditions).If you arrive by car, you are welcome to park it in the reserved underground parking space. From there you can take the lift to the individual floors. In the house there is a sauna for sole use with coin-operated counter and a washing machine with dryer, also with coin-operated counter. Unfortunately, smoking or bringing pets is not allowed in this flat.

Bed linen, kitchen linen, final cleaning and one set of terry linen per person are included in the total price, as are the visitor's taxes.For an occupancy of less than 5 persons, a cleaning surcharge of 20CHF will be charged for the use of the mezzanine.

It has a spacious living room with sofa, fireplace and balcony on the first floor, two double bedrooms with two bathrooms on the top floor plus the loft with double bed. The family bathroom has a bath, sink and toilet, and right next door in the second bathroom is a shower with sink and toilet.The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and offers a high standard. Among other things, there is a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and egg boiler in the kitchen.The TV and free Wi-Fi are available for free use and provide pleasant entertainment.
