A common entrance leads to two self-contained apartments on the 1st floor and 2nd floor. In the house itself it has a total of 4 residential units. The 3-room apartments offer about 86 square meters of space for max 6 people. The apartments are well equipped so that you can fully enjoy your stay in Laax. The apartments are located about 200 m from the valley station and are within walking distance. So you start relaxed in an adventure holiday that has a lot to offer. Be it for hiking, cycling, horseback riding, water sports, climbing, skiing, golfing... after returning, you can enjoy the wonderful panorama on the covered balcony and switch off from everyday life. Both apartments have a parking space and also the W-LAN should not be missing. In the house there is a washing machine and dryer for common use. The kitchens are equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, blender, fondue... These are non-smoking apartments.
Conditions/extras
Per person from 12 years of age there is a tourist tax of EUR 5.00 per day. For the final cleaning EUR 130.00 will be charged. Bed linen and towels can be booked for EUR 30.00 per person. Check-in: from 16:00 Checkout: until 11:00 a.m.
