Cozy 3.5 room apartment (about 80 m2) on the 1st floor of a multi-family house with large garden (about 3500 m2) in a very sunny and quiet location in Flims Unterwaldhaus. Only about 150 m to the free ski shuttle bus (during the high season) and just under 1 km to the cable cars and the village center with shops, post office, pharmacy, restaurants etc. Forest and Lake Cauma within a short walking distance. Ideal for families and nature lovers. Parking in underground garage included.Apartment on the 1st floor with sunny south-facing balcony. Two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds). Large living / dining area with open, well-equipped kitchen (eg dishwasher, pressure cooker, microwave, toaster, raclette grill, fondue pot, etc.). Living room with large, comfortable corner sofa and radio and TV. Small bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet. IMPORTANT: Bathroom and Toilet will be completely renovated in November 2024. The new bathroom will be equipped with a shower (without bathtub). Pictures will be updated as soon as available.

Die wohnung war sehr schön, mit gut ausgestattete Küche, viel Platz and toller ausblicken. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und und höflich, vor und während unseres Aufenthalts. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.
