The sofa in the recently refurbished flat can be pulled out and offers additional sleeping space for 1 adult or 1-2 children. On the terrace, a large dining table with 6 chairs, 2 deckchairs and a barbecue invite you to enjoy. On arrival you will find a starter set with 1 waste bag, 1 roll of household paper, 3 tabs for the dishwasher, washing-up liquid and 2 rolls of toilet paper.
Conditions/extras
Bed linen, final cleaning and one set of terry linen per person are included in the total price, also the visitor's tax.
Description of the accommodation
High above the mountain village of Falera lies the modernly furnished 3-room holiday flat, approx. 15 minutes' walk from the mountain railways, only a few swings on skis. The house can be reached by car in 2 minutes from the village. The road is easily passable, even in winter it is no problem to reach the flat with a winter-suitable vehicle.There are enough parking spaces in front of the house, as well as a storage place for bicycles, skis or sledges. The bright flat offers space for 4-6 guests on 65m2. It has a large living room with a beautiful view and terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with bunk beds.The family bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule machine (without capsules), jug for filter coffee or tea, kettle, toaster, fondue and raclette set and many other kitchen utensils. A TV is available for free use. WLAN is not available in the flat.
