The dreamlike holiday development Cuolm Liung Alp Resort, with this beautiful, modern flat, in a quiet location on the edge of the forest with lots of privacy, is situated directly above the Laax valley station.
Not far from the Rockresort with its great restaurants and bars.
It's a 20-minute walk to the Rockresort, the nearest shops and public transport.
In the summer season you can reach the flat on foot or by bike, directly via the garden, in winter with the skis if there is enough snow.
Conditions/extras Bed linen, final cleaning and one set of towels per person are included in the total price, also the visitor's tax.
When handing over the flat on site, a deposit of CHF 450.00 is required from Green and Clean, which will then be refunded when the flat is handed over.
