Located on the top floor of a period building, it boasts an exclusive terrace with a 360° view of Naples, from the gulf, to the port and the hilly area.
The location is perfect: in the lively and very central Quartieri Spagnoli, a stone's throw from the Sanctuary of Maradona with the famous murals, in an area full of trattorias, pizzerias and places where you can immerse in Neapolitan vitality. The 67 sqm accommodation is located on the fifth floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: ATTENTION! You need to climb the stairs to access it. The space is composed as follows: - Kitchen with dining table and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle, toaster, blender, traditional oven and microwave - Living room with double sofa bed, desk, split A/C and TV - Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C and TV - Toilet with wc, bidet, bathtub and shower box - Terrace on two levels (pay attention to the staircase that separates them) with 360° views of the city, equipped with table and chairs, sunbeds, umbrella and fixed cover on the narrowest sides. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

Die Lage war nicht weit vom Hafen. Leider ist es mit dem hochlaufen etwas anstrengend aber sonst war die Wohnung sauber, bis auf ein paar Ameisen, die einem die überrascht haben..
Wir konnten früher in die Wohnung. Das hat unsere Anreise erleichtert, vielen Dank!

El apartamento esta excelente. Muy bien equipado, la cocina tenia todo y mas! Igual que el resto de la casa. Lo único malo es que hay que subir 5 pisos y que la ubicación en el barrio es un tanto difícil de acceder en coche. No lo recomiendo para personas con movilidad reducida o poco estado físico.

В целом хорошее жилье. Минусы: нет лифта и очень страшный подъезд, его совсем не ремонтируют.
Но терраса очень впечатляющая. Красивый вид на Неаполь и Везувий.
И огромные плюсы это ванна и посудомоечная машина.
Спасибо. Это путешествие запомнится надолго. Особенно мои ноги будут помнить 😁
