Santa Teresa Gallura, on the north coast of Sardinia, is a popular tourist destination.
This airy apartment, with panoramic sea views, is on the first floor of a modern residence which is right on the coast, with a footpath leading down to the sea.
However, it is also close to the town centre with its cafés and shops.
It is an excellent base for a fun-filled holiday for friends or family.
The first-floor apartment sleeps 4 people.
The open-plan living space is on the corner of the residence and enjoys stunning, uninterrupted views over the sea.
The living area is furnished with a sofa and flat-screen TV.
It also includes a dining area and a modern kitchenette.
This is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a Moka coffee machine.
Guests also have the use of a large, outdoor swimming pool as well as sun loungers where you can relax after a refreshing swim.
There is also a large communal garden.
Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, which looks out over the coastline, has a double bed and a wardrobe.
There is a single bed in this room which is suitable for a child.
Bedroom 2: This corner bedroom also has glorious sea views.
The room has 2 single beds and a chest of drawers.
Bathroom: The tiled bathroom is furnished with a glass shower, basin, bidet, WC and a washing machine.

Here you can catch a boat to Corsica or the wonderful archipelago of the island of La Maddalena.
In the other direction, the headland from Punta Bechi to Punta Falcone makes a delightful route for a stroll.
Here visitors can appreciate the natural beauty of their surroundings.
For self-catering, the Thursday farmers market on Via Tibula and Via Nazionale is a must.
Olbia airport is 1 hour 10 minutes away.
