The holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area of a district in Kassel. It is very well connected to the city center by public transport. The bus stop is just 200 meters away, and from there, you can quickly reach the city center and the Wilhelmshöhe long-distance train station. The district center, featuring a bakery, butcher, grocery and organic food store, bookstore, café, and restaurant, is within walking distance (approx. 500 meters). The district also boasts a heated public outdoor pool, open from May to September. From the holiday apartment, you can enjoy lovely walks through the fields to the Habichtswald forest. The Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe with its water features and the Hercules monument (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) can be reached on foot or conveniently by bus and tram.
The holiday apartment is situated in a small house from the 1940s with a beautiful garden. Guests are welcome to use the garden, which includes a separate seating area for an undisturbed stay. There is also a ping-pong table available in the outdoor area. Free parking spaces are right in front of the house. In the district, you will find two car-sharing stations and a "Konrad" bicycle rental station. Furthermore, the regional train stop is only about 600 meters away, providing a quick connection to the city center and the Kassel countryside, known for its historic half-timbered villages and attractive low mountain range landscape.

Description of the accommodation
Living above the rooftops of Kassel The bright attic studio has a 30 m2 room and a separate bathroom with shower and WC and is designed for two people. If required, a third sleeping place can be set up on the comfortable sofa. The apartment was renovated in 2015. Great importance was attached to building biology materials. In the front part of the studio is the kitchen area with dining table and kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge with 3*** freezer compartment and good kitchen equipment. In the rear part there is a 1.60 m wide double bed with two single mattresses and a cozy sofa corner. A flat screen TV with satellite connection is available. Towels, bed linen and tea towels are provided. From the many skylights you can enjoy a beautiful view as far as the Habichtswald and Kassel's landmark Herkules. The garden can also be used when the weather is fine.
