Le fait que l'on ne puisse joindre les services d'Holidu pour modifier notre séjour. Votre politique de rappel est un fiasco ne permettant aucun échange, c'est volontaire je pense, donc nous ne passerons plus jamais par votre plateforme à sens unique...
