Inserted within the residential center of Porto Faro, large and fresh two-room apartment structured on three levels and composed of a spacious living room with sofa bed, on the mezzanine floor a dining area overlooking a small external terrace and a kitchenette equipped with a gas hob, oven and dishwasher.
The sleeping area is located on the second mezzanine floor and consists of a double bed with wardrobe, small external terrace and adjacent bathroom.
Located a few steps from the sea, the beach is easily reachable on foot.

- €300,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for any rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €50,00 extra per animal in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
