## Space Beautiful typical Trouvillesque townhouse with private terrace/garden, located in a peaceful area, 10 minutes from the train station and a 15-minute walk to the beach! Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, we can accommodate up to 6 travelers in our charming house.
You will be seduced by the room decoration reminiscent of the spirit of the famous Hotel Normandy in Deauville, as well as its outdoor terrace sheltered from view, allowing you to enjoy the first rays of Normandy sunshine.
It consists of: - Ground floor: A beautiful fully equipped kitchen open to a dining/living area (with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and all necessary equipment for cooking delicious meals). - On the 1st floor: a beautiful bedroom equipped with a double bed in 140x200cm, storage space, and a small work desk/secretary.
You will also find a very beautiful bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower and a magnificent separate bathtub. - On the 2nd floor: 2 beautiful bedrooms equipped with quality bedding in 140x200cm and wardrobes, as well as a small additional shower room. - On the 3rd floor: a workspace equipped with a desk for travelers wishing to work remotely in peace.
This space can also serve as a playroom for your children. - The house is spread over 3 levels with stairs and no elevator.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy Trouville while being in a quiet area and less than a 15-minute walk from the beach.
For parking, depending on the season, you can easily park your vehicle near the house.
Public parking lots are also located not far from the accommodation.
Available for you free of charge: Bed linen and towels, WiFi, tea, and coffee.
A baby cot can be provided (on request only and subject to availability).
Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
