Modern and cosy house with garden in the town of Mascali, close to the beach of Sant'Anna.


The house is on the ground floor and boasts a wonderful outdoor area complete with outdoor shower and sink, an above-ground swimming pool, dining table, barbecue, relaxation corner and an above-ground pool. It consists of a spacious living area furnished with a television, sofa and dining table and a kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven and microwave. The sleeping area has two bedrooms. The first is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with shower, while the second has a bunk bed and a single sofa bed. The layout is completed by a further bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

Available to guests are amenities such as a washing machine, iron, wi-fi, air conditioning and central heating.

The swimming pool is open from 1 June to 31 October.
