literie a revoir dans les 2 chambres surtout matelas d un des petits lits complètement usagé.Un adulte sur ce matelas se retrouve sur les lattes du sommier.
creux important dans le matelas 140/190.Le cannage d une des chaises de la salle à manger est défoncé.
A part cela location très satisfaisante.

manque 4ème assise au niveau du canapé, chaises salon cassées, paillage qui craque, manque fil à linge dehors car étendoir petit en retour de plage pour étendre les serviettes, présence de toiles d'araignées sur les coins de porte, sol non complètement propre, manque manique pour sortir plats chauds du four (ou pas trouvées), entretien des extérieurs rudimentaire.

Maison très confortable et très propre, très bien agencée et équipée. chauffage avec un poêle à granules top ! Emplacement idéal pour découvrir l'ile d'Oléron. Petit bémol : beaucoup trop de moustiques, que ce soit dans le jardin ou sur la plage ! incroyable en ce mois d'octobre.
