One of the bedrooms is part of the closed terrace, and in this bedroom, there is no air conditioning.
Two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, ensure the comfort of all guests. The independent kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs and a wide variety of appliances such as a fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, juicer and complete kitchenware. (No dishwasher) Among its outdoor spaces, the apartment offers a perfect terrace to enjoy the sunny days of Denia.
It has a parking space in the same building and is located a short distance from services such as supermarkets. The location is ideal for families, with Las Rotas beach just 6 kilometres away, Denia centre 5 kilometres away and multiple nearby attractions.

(+) : Muy amplio y con una estupenda terraza. Todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones realmente cómodas. Casi mejor que en las fotos.
(-) : Es ideal para cuatro personas. Las otras dos no estarían tan cómodas

(+) : en general el apartamento esta en buenas condiciones,esoero que en proiximas visitas poder tener mas opciones para poder comparar en los cuatro años que llevo asistuiendo con su organizacion xdentro de las mismas categorias
(-) : en algunos aspectos revisar el apartamento cuando se cede al cliente en lo que respecta a pequeños detalles persiana en optimas condiciones y tapaderas de water
