El jardin, la bbq, el porche y la piscina comunitaria.
En el interior de la casa , mejorar y actualizar mobiliario.
Escaso menage y utensilios de cocina.
Falta internet.

LËstatit "s avonds, strand van Platja de Pals, prima supermarkt op loopafstand, het terrasje bij het huis. het zwembad niet op het eigen terrein zoals de foto's deden vermoeden maar verder helemaal prima op 100 meter afstand, ook hier beheerder super aardig. sanitair, bedden kastruimte etc helemaal prima
de koelkast totaal niet op zijn taak berekend, schapjes storten in, vriezer doet nauwelijks iets.
volstrekt ontbreken van Wifi
de 5e slaapgelegenheid is nogal behelpen
de kussentjes van het buitenmeubilair waren lang geleden al versleten
