This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 8 people.
The outdoor area of 950 m2 with private pool (8 x 4m), spacious terraces and barbecue area (portable) where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun with mountain views.
Garage for 3 cars.
Indoor area of 170 m2 with living-dining room with TV and direct access to the terrace, open kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, washing machine and freezer fridge), 3 double bedrooms (2 of 160x200cm + 1 of 135x200cm), 1 bedroom with 2 beds (80x190cm), 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Young people not accepted.

No bookings for young people under 35 years old are accepted. - Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement of 35 €/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by transfer.
Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water.
Umbrellas and sun loungers can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking.
You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants.
Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and lovely beaches.
Conditions for groups - In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer.
Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h.
In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

La maison et les extérieurs, jardin et piscine, sont très bien conçus et aménagés. Nous aurions juste apprécié d'avoir plus que 4 transats (location pour 8). Concernant les draps et les serviettes de toilettes, il serait très appréciable de les avoir inclus dans la location. Si non, il serait bien ...
