Enjoy your stay in our exclusive vacation apartment “Chalet-Chip-In,” idyllically located in Oberuttlau near Bad Griesbach.
This first-class upper-floor apartment, approximately 70 m² in size and featuring a private entrance, is a dream come true for every golf enthusiast and those seeking tranquility, offering a breathtaking view of the 18th hole of the St. Wolfgang/Uttlau golf course and the historic estate. The Accommodation Upon entering Chalet-Chip-In, you are immediately greeted by the spacious and tasteful interior.
The apartment features a cozy kitchen, dining, and living area with a pull-out sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and Bluetooth speaker—ideal for relaxing evenings.
The high-quality kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired: a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and much more are at your disposal. The real highlight, however, is the breathtaking view from the two balconies directly onto the 18th hole of the golf course.
Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
The bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed and a separate dressing room, opens onto its own terrace.
The modern bathroom, complete with a shower, toilet, two sinks, heated floors, and access to the balcony, rounds out the comfortable experience. Smoking, parties, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted in the accommodation. The quiet location in Oberuttlau and the proximity to numerous golf courses make the “Chalet-Chip-In” the perfect choice for golfers and those seeking relaxation.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the St. Wolfgang/Uttlau golf course, as well as six 18-hole courses and three 9-hole short courses with very different topography within a 10-km radius, and fourteen more within a radius of up to 80 km. Relax in your private golf paradise after a day on the green. We recommend that golfers in Uttlau reserve their tee times by phone, as the online system often shows that times are fully booked even though tee times are usually still available when you call. Guest Access Enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment, the balconies, and the rear terrace with seating and loungers.
Your car is safely parked in the free “Chip-In” parking spot.
There are also two public EV charging stations (Bayern Werk) in the immediate vicinity on the grounds of the Uttlau estate. Additional Relevant Information Chalet Chip-In is a non-smoking property.

Wunderschöne schnuckelige Ferienwohnung. Ideal für zwei Personen, die Golf spielen wollen. Hier kann man es auch gut länger aushalten ;-)

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer schönen, ruhigen Gegend, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt – auch wenn wir keine Golfer sind. Einziger Nachteil: Die Sofas und der Sessel sind leider etwas unbequem.
