The holiday apartment "Goldgrube - Ground Floor" in Koblenz offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.
This inviting 75 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and accommodates up to five people.
On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request and for an additional fee. The apartment features a furnished, private and covered terrace.
You also have access to a shared garden with barbecue facilities.
The property is centrally located and only a 15 to 20-minute walk from the old town and the main train station.
A supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. Families with children are welcome.
One pet is allowed (for a fee). Pets are not permitted on beds or sofas.
Smoking, inviting unregistered guests (including children) and hosting events are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be brought by you or rented on site for a fee. Please observe quiet hours during your stay (no noise from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.). After booking, you will be asked to fill out a contact form sent to you by e-mail to help prepare your stay.

Schoon en ruim verblijf
Slechte matrassen/bodems, zitbanken volledig doorgezakt. Tuin niet te gebruiken i.v.m. nieuw aangelegd gazon, Parkeren drama, je moet om de 4 uur geld in de automaat gooien..een hele dag is niet mogelijk.
Ruhige FeWo im EG mit Terasse und guter Busanbindung.

Ruhige Wohnlage, Erdgeschoss mit kleiner Terasse, gute Busanbindung, gute Wohnungsgrösse und Ausstattung.
Parkplatz Buchung über Easy Park maximal 4 Std möglich, also von 8 bis 19 Uhr 4 mal buchen ist aufwendig, aber günstiger als ein Parkhaus weiter weg.
Fernseher nur mit Netflix hat nicht die gewohnten Programme.
Die Lage und Wohnung war top, kann ich gut weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage und Wohnung war top. Voll ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war super. Würde ich immer gerne wieder buchen. Ist zu empfehlen.
Für 5 Personen wäre noch eine separate Toilette gut gewesen, aber es reicht auch so.
