Located on the 1st floor of the residence, this 4-person apartment comprises:

A corridor leading to the living room (pull-out bed for 1 or 2 people) with kitchenette (TOP fridge with small freezer, 2-burner ceramic hob, oven and microwave), a bathroom with bath, separate toilet and a bedroom with double bed and television. Adjoining the bedroom is a large terrace with a view of the lagoon.

A second terrace (on the living room side) offers panoramic sea views, and includes garden furniture and a hard-built barbecue.

Simple but functional accommodation, with the option of leaving the car in the private parking space and taking advantage of the beach 20m away.

Restaurants and local shops just a few metres away.

Locked bike room available.
