The secure residence "LAGUNE ET MER", located south of Saint Cyprien Plage, a few meters from the beach, consists of comfortable holiday apartments with parking and views of the sea and the lagoon.

A hallway leading to the living room (sofa bed for 1 or 2 people) with a kitchenette (top-loading refrigerator with small freezer, 2-burner ceramic hob, oven, and microwave), a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a 140cm bed and television.
Adjacent to the bedroom, a large terrace with a view of the lagoon. A second terrace (off the living room) offers a panoramic sea view and is equipped with garden furniture and, importantly, a built-in barbecue. A simple but functional rental, offering the possibility to leave your car in the private parking space and enjoy the beach just 20 meters away. Restaurants and local shops are a few meters away. A locked bicycle storage room is available. Highlights: Proximity to the beach, private parking, the 2 terraces with views of the lagoon and the sea. An ideal rental for a relaxing holiday!
