For the rooms, the final cleaning is already included. The local tax is charged to guests who turn 16 in the current calendar year.
The local tax of €4.80 per person/night is to be paid directly to the host on site. We are very pleased to welcome you to our establishment. Check-in is possible between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier or later, you are generally welcome to do so, but please inform us as soon as possible. If you are coming via the A13 motorway, please note that it is a toll road. Keep the ticket! If you continue your journey within 24 hours, you can have the amount already paid offset. Alternatively, you can also reach us via the B182. Coming from Germany, take the A13 exit at Innsbruck-Süd, Exit 3. You can get onto the B182 by turning left immediately after the Shell petrol station.
Drive for approx. 15 minutes towards Matrei until you reach the turn-off for Schönberg/Stubaital.
There, follow the B183 (Stubaital main road) for approx. 1 km. You will find us at the western end of the village, directly on the road (right side). Coming from Italy, leave the motorway at the Brenner Pass and drive approx. 25 km north on the B182 (towards Innsbruck). You will reach the turn-off for Schönberg/Stubaital again, then follow the route as described before.

Sehr nette Vermieter!
Ansprechende Unterkunft - uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Großes Zimmer, Frühstück war bis auf Obst alles da.
Nahe der Bushaltestelle um zu den Schigebieten und nach Innsbruck zu kommen.
