The first floor is accessed via an open staircase. There you will find the master bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. The large panoramic window allows you to watch the play of light as the morning sun disperses the night.


Another narrow staircase leads to the gallery. Here there is a slightly lower sleeping area with a large double bed.


From the terrace, a spiral staircase leads to the 600 m² garden, which offers space for both sun worshippers and shade lovers. The directly connected and private beach is secluded and is exclusively available to guests of the flat. Sun loungers and garden chairs are available for free use in the beach hut area.
