For up to 2 people. This is a private residence, popular with our holiday guests and buyers, located in a quiet, south-facing position.
A public beach with a snack bar is about 400 m away.
Highlights include the large, well-maintained, and free swimming pool with a snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m, open depending on the weather from mid-June to early September), sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as the tennis courts (for a fee each). Beautiful features include the subtropical vegetation, the gigantic, unobstructed lake views, the large sun terraces and gardens, and the large sunny balconies.
Most apartments have their own covered parking space within the private grounds.
Free guest parking is available outside the residence.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit hier verbracht und auch den Platz auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den See sehr genossen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und der Kontakt zur freundlichen Verwalterin war sehr gut.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, sehr ruhige Anlage ohne viel Betrieb.
Leider wird die Poolanlage von jemand anderem betrieben und gehört nicht direkt zu den Wohnungen. Eine Klimaanlage wäre bei den Temperaturen sehr wünschenswert.
