Facing east, this approximately 75m² (807 sq ft) 4-room villa comprises a living room with a shaded 14m² (151 sq ft) patio, a utility room with a washing machine and fridge-freezer, a small kitchen, a bedroom with bunk beds, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (two single mattresses), a third bedroom with a pull-out bed, a shower room, and a separate WC.
The terrace overlooks the sea, and the swimming pool area is below.

Notre séjour à été très agréable. La maison possède une vue à couper le souffle idéal pour une déconnection totale.

We really enjoyed our Stay in Le Lavandou. The House is in a stunning location but the house facilities are a little tired, the beds were uncomfortable and the bunk beds are not suitable for kids as the top bunk has no guard rail and which was not evident until arriving.
