The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming flat with mountain view for rent in La Giettaz, located in the "Portes de Mont-Blanc" ski area, which includes La Giettaz, Combloux, Mégève and Le Jaillet, and close to the Les Saisies ski resort.
This 23 m² flat can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good bedroom and a bathroom.
We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining table... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom with bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron.
Outside: - A 7 m² balcony to make the most of sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in La Giettaz, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Activities : - During the winter period: downhill skiing, ski touring, sledging, cross-country skiing at Praz sur Arly, snowshoeing - During the summer: several hiking trails, mountain biking, road biking, fishing, nearby lake. - The ski slopes are accessible by shuttle bus or car - Dog sled rides Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the residence's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Annecy station, about 59 minutes by car - Nearest airport: Annecy Mont-Blanc airport, about 55 minutes by car Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).

Bonjour nous avons passé un superbe séjour tout était parfait le logement est très agréable avec toutes les commodités avec vue sur la montagne depuis la terrasse le matin au petit déjeuner c'est magnifique.
Un très belle endroit au calme reposant et ressourçant la Giettaz est un village exceptionnelle nous reviendrons merci a Pauline pour son accueil et c'est conseil touristique a bientôt .
