4RB4 - Come and spend a pleasant holiday in Collioure, in this residence on the edge of the cove with direct access to the beach and beautiful view, charming T2 of approximately 25m2 equiped for 2 people (3 possible), with terrace and breathtaking view of the sea, Covered parking and private It consists of an entrance opening onto a living room and kitchenette (equipped with an electric hob, top fridge, mini oven, microwave) with convertible sofa Bz.

The 4.80 m2 terrace overlooks the cove with sea view Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00). - High chair rental: €15 per week - Baby bed rental: €15 per week - Wifi box rental: €39 per week The rental must be left clean and in good condition.
Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request) You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).
