Studio of approximately 26m2 with loggia on the 2nd floor, with private parking, main S/W exposure.
It consists of an entrance, a main room with a double bed and a single bed, TV, kitchen with hob and mini oven, bathroom with WC. Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00). - High chair rental: €15 per week - Baby bed rental: €15 per week - Wifi box rental: €39 per week The rental must be left clean and in good condition.
Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request) You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check). Not suitable for PRMs. Information on the risks to which this property is exposed is available on the Géorisks sites: www.georisks.gouv.fr The keys can be collected from the CityGest agency from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m.

Très bon accueil par le personnel de City Gest.
Appartement très bien situé et très calme. Accès plage 5min à pied et centre 10min.
Petit point négatif le frigo est petit. Un grand frigo avec compartiment congélateur pour les glaces et ce serait top.
