Super Lage, 30 m vom Wasser, grosses Grundstück, dass gut umzäunt ist, toller Außengrill, schöne Dachtterrasse, Aussen Dusche Frischwasser, Aussendusche mit Warmwasser, separate Außentoilette
Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, größere Sanierung notwendig, auch Abdichtungsarbeiten und Fliesenarbeiten, Küche und Küchenausstattung sollte erneuert werden, Sitzmöbel und Auflagen sollten erneuert werden, insgesamt größere Renovierung notwendig, um das Haus auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen, kein TV, Wlan nur in den ersten Tagen gut, dann sehr langsame Internet geschwindigkeit

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist traumhaft. Auf der großen Dachterasse kann man wunderbar den Blick aufs Meer genießen.
Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen Verleih für SUP, Kayak, etc. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar.
Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war freundlich.
Das Haus ist schön angelegt und hat Potential.
Leider ist das Haus nicht gut gepflegt: Die Küche ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Schränken sind klapperig und es riecht muffig/schimmelig. 1 Stuhl ist beim drauf setzten durchgebrochen. Die Rattan-Sessel haben ein paar Löcher, auf die einfach nur eine Decke gelegt wurde. Bei unserer Ankunft...

Die Villa Maria liegt wunderbar direkt an einem großen Sandstrand. Eigentlich sogar an mehreren, die sich direkt aneinanderreihen. Wir waren im April da und es war absolut tote Hose (genau das wollten wir aber auch!). An den meisten Tagen hatten wir diese wahnsinnigen Strände komplett für uns. Es ha...
Ich würde das nicht direkt unter "hat mir nicht gefallen" einsortieren, aber der Platz bei "hat mir gefallen" ist zu Ende ;-) Die Möbel sehen in echt etwas besser aus als auf den Fotos, aber eine echte Couch (statt Gartenmöbeln) im Wohnzimmer würde das Ganze nochmal gemütlicher machen.
