##Space Located in the heart of Le Havre, between Les Halles Centrales and La Colombe Niemeyer, our beautiful apartment has been completely renovated.
You will stay on the 6th floor (with elevator) of a Perret building, an architectural gem classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! A little paradise to enjoy Le Havre and its region.
In addition to optimal comfort, you can enjoy breathtaking views.
Shops are located at the foot of the apartment and the Tram is less than 200m away on foot.
Accommodating up to 4 travelers, it is composed as follows: - An open-plan American-style kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, work surface, plenty of storage, kitchen utensils, ... - A living room with a quality sofa bed (140x200cm) and a UHD TV, with an unobstructed view of Volcan Niemeyer and the Bassin du Commerce. - A beautiful bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) with a dressing room and an unobstructed view of St.
Joseph's Church and Les Halles Centrales. - A shower room with an "Italian-style" shower. - Separate toilets.
The accommodation is very pleasant to live in, spacious, and well-equipped.
Facilities provided: Free WiFi, bed linen and towels, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, ...
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

You will be only 10 minutes from the train station, making this accommodation ideally located for all your trips in the region (Deauville, Honfleur, Etretat...).
You are also close to all shops and cultural centers.
