LARGE SALTWATER POOL AND GARDEN. · Apartment located just 3 minutes' walk from the beach, next to the seafront promenade and the lively tourist area of Santa Susanna and Malgrat de Mar. · Community area with large saltwater pool, garden with lawn, picnic area, sports court, swings... · Simple apartment of 70m² with capacity for up to 4 people. · 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with bunk bed. · Balcony with garden furniture, with views of the pool. · Living room with TV, kitchen and bathroom with shower. · Free Wi-Fi Internet. · The perfect place for holidays: beaches, seafront promenade, supermarket, shops and restaurants, boat trips, sports, children's playground... · Large public open-air car park located behind the apartment. · Barcelona-El Prat Airport 80 km away.

Check-in: · The minimum age to book and check-in is 18 years old. · All guests must present a legal official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted. . Key collection takes place at our office from 16:00 to 19:00 Carrer de les Antilles [hidden] Lloret de Mar. - Option for key delivery at the accommodation.
Must be requested 48 hours in advance before check-in day. Cost for direct entry: 20 euros *Please note that there may be a delay at the time of key delivery at the accommodation, for reasons beyond Vivalidays' control. Late arrival: · Option for late arrival from 19:00 to 21:00: Price 50€ per booking (payment on arrival) · Option for late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00: Price 100€ per booking (payment on arrival) · Option for out-of-hours check-in with security box at the office at no cost. · Failure to show up on check-in day, no refund of the booking. · Payment of mandatory tourist tax: Price 2€ per night/person over 16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights. . It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection. In case of cash payment, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer. Cleaning: . Otherwise an extra cleaning charge of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit. Keys: · Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per booking to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys. · Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician. Cal tenir present que les claus per entrar s'han d'anar a buscar a Lloret (ja ho comuniquen), però amb el trànsit de la zona es perd gairebé una hora entre anar i tornar si v...

(+) : Apartamento muy completo, cuidado y límpio, zonas comunitarias increibles, vistas exteriores, muy buena ubicación cerca d la playa, tren, hipermercado, y en pleno paseo, es genial. Y lo mejor aceptan mascotas. Muy contenta repetiría. Gracias.
