The 8m x 4m pool is saltwater (chlorine-free) and features an outdoor shower. · The entire property and pool area are fenced for the safety of families with small children. There are two outdoor dining areas: one outdoor dining room near the stone barbecue and another near the swimming pool. Use of the Barbecue: The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months, due to the risk of fire. You can walk or cycle along the paths around the house and walk to Palafolls castle, with a spectacular view of the region. It is necessary to have a car because the house is located in a rural area and there is no public transport. · It is well connected, just 5 minutes by car from the Costa Brava access road (GI-682). · Only 45 minutes from the city of Barcelona by motorway (C-32) and 30 minutes from Girona (motorway N-II). · Only 20 minutes' drive from the beaches of the towns of Blanes and Malgrat de Mar. · A 10 minutes' drive away, there are shops, factory outlets of major brands, restaurants and supermarkets in the town of Palafolls. · The water park and Marineland dolphinarium in Palafolls are just 7 minutes' drive away. · Barcelona-El Prat Airport 85 km away and Girona-Costa Brava Airport 30 km away. Guests on the property: · The house is rented entirely for exclusive use by guests. · The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults, children and babies. · The house can only accommodate the number of people indicated in the booking and there cannot be more people staying or visiting at the same time on the property. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow it to be managed as quickly as possible. · Payment of mandatory tourist tax: Price of €1.75 per night/person over 16 years of age and maximum payment for 7 nights. . Security deposit of 700 euros.
