This apartment is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava! The apartment is on the ground floor and has a maximum capacity for 4 people. It is part of a quiet urbanisation with communal garden and swimming pool, as well as parking. Interior area with living-dining room (TV, sofa bed (110 x 190cm) with direct access to a spacious 25 m2 terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun, kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine), 1 bedroom with double bed (135x190cm) and 1 complete bathroom with shower. The apartment does not have Air Conditioning. Young people are not accepted. This property is only for families.
Bookings for those under 35 years old are not accepted. Pets upon request and with a supplement. Additional information : Community pool - Dimensions: 16 x 7 meters. il serait temps de changer les jetés de canapé qui sont sales et dégagent une mauvaise odeur. Une clim en place qui ne fonctionne pas ... dommage! l'appartement est spacieux mais il y fait très chaud!

Grand appartement propre et plutôt bien équipé. Il manque toutefois un lave vaisselle ,un nécessaire de ménage quotidien (balai,pelle...) Gros bémol sur la magnifique terrasse qui semble un peu vide et est quasi inaccessible en été sans parasol ni store. Literie sommaire,manque de rangement dans la...

Bel appartement spacieux, agréable à vivre. Dommage quil n'y ait pas de store pour la terrasse! La vaisselle est insuffisante. Et les canapés vraiment pas propres. Pas de clim non plus! Sinon super vacances!!!!
