House located in a quiet residential area 7 km from the centre and the beach of Lloret de Mar and just 11 km from the peaceful beach of Cala Canyelles.
This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava! House of 295m2 and 1070m2 of plot distributed in 2 dwellings: Independent house + 4 apartments in the lower part.
It can be rented as a single house (6 pax), or jointly with any of the apartments (each of them has capacity for 2 people). This house has a maximum capacity of 6-14 people. In this unit, only the house is offered, with a maximum capacity for 6 people (in the month of August, it will be mandatory to rent the house jointly with the 4 apartments). The house is distributed in a living-dining room (fireplace, TV), fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, gas cooker, washing machine). It has 3 bedrooms: 2 master bedrooms of 135x190cm and 1 double bedroom (2 single beds of 90x190cm), as well as 2 bathrooms with shower tray (1 of them is located in the garage). Beautiful outdoor area with fully fenced swimming pool and brick barbecue. Free Wi-Fi. This property is only for families.
Bookings are not accepted for young people under 35 years old. No pets are allowed. The urbanisation has a large private club with tennis courts, swings for children, swimming pools and a bar for exclusive use by clients. - Bed linen and towels are not included.
Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and 8 euros/person/towels. - Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair Conditions for groups - In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer.
Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund. La maison est dans une résidence calme à 10 minutes de Lloret de Mar en voiture. La description est fidèle à celle de l'agence, seul bémol, la deuxième salle de bain est en fait une salle d'eau dans la garage. Pour le reste tout est parfait.

Un pur bonheur :Très agréable villa ,les studios en contre bas très bien pour les ados qui dorment tard et pour les siestes d'après midi loin les cris dans la piscine!!!!Nous étions 12 personnes de 12 à55 ans et chacun a trouvé son espace. De plus l'accès au parc sportif et à la grande piscine de l'ensemble résidentiel est un vrai plus! Vraiment de très bons souvenirs dans cette villa.
