Residence : The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life.
It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace.
You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room.
For this winter, the wellness area is open from 2pm to 7pm, from 6 December 2025 (subject to the opening of the station) and until 10 April 2026, every day except Saturday during the French school holidays and except Thursday outside the French school holidays (forecast dates, except exceptional closures).

Facing south-east and offering a balcony with direct views of the slopes, you can enjoy your meals in the sun.
It consists of an entrance with storage leading to the night corner, the bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets, a large living room with TV, sofa bed and equipped kitchen, and a balcony with garden furniture and view on the slopes, all in a cosy and mountain atmosphere.
For sleeping, you will find at your disposal a 2 seater convertible sofa in the living room, a bunk bed with a double bed in 140x190cm below and a single bed in 80x190cm above, for a capacity of 5 people.
Guests will have free access to the heated outdoor pool, the residence's sauna and the fitness area (open during the summer and winter seasons), as well as a private underground parking space and a private ski box for winter.
A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.

On c’est régaler on était à coter de tout, avoir la piscine inclus dans la location c’était le top l’appartement un petit peu petit mais bon c’était suffisant franchement je recommande !!!
